Just let them be. The truth is that the risk of interference with take off and landing is virtually non-existent.

However, I do hope they keep the cell phone ban on airplanes because the chance that I can't resist to clobber the person in the seat beside me after listening to non-stop stupid chatter for more than a few minutes is not non-existent.
