Round about 50-75 pounds and at least an hour. But good luck catching a cab in Pall Mall.

y Monument to Suvarnabhumi Airport, fare should be about 200 baht plus 70 baht in expressway tolls, and drive time should be less than 30 minutes. At Victory Monument, you're right under the expressways, so you shouldn't face much city traffic and should just sail along the expressways the whole way there.
