This hotel might just have become my Singapore home. I had avoided it for years, as the reviews here seemed highly variable. But I had FFNs to burn, and a couple friends encouraged me to try it. We had a stellar stay.

We were met at our taxi door by a young lady who escorted us inside to the front desk. On seeing my diamond card, another person was called over who had my check in package. We were taken to a very comfortable suite (xx36) where we took care of check in formalities. The room was set up for us with a nice box of chocolates as well as some fruit. The suite was very fresh and contemporary. Both rooms were large, as was the bathroom with both a shower and tub.

We were given executive lounge access, where we had free internet. Evening snacks were from 6 to 8. My welcome letter said we were in the Grand Wing. The Club in the Terrace Wing is temporarily closed for maintenance. The lounge had lots of comfortable seating areas, as well as some very intriguing art. Staff were very attentive.

We left before the lounge opened at 6:30am. We were offered complimentary continental breakfast in the room.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and will return very soon.
