There is a tailors on Lower Sloane Street on the left (assuming you walk down from Sloane Square), before you get to the junction with Pimlico Road. Usually four guys in there with sewing machines beavering away. They did a simple repair job for me recently on a trouser seam that had come open - haven't given them anything more complex to do.
