I wonder if this isn't related to the reorganization of GVA on March 29, when Schengen gets implemented. From that date on, the French sector will no longer make sense as it should, at least in theory, simply be part of the Schengen arrangements. Indeed GVA will go from being an airport where all flights, bar domestic French, were treated as international, to one where about 50% of flights will be Schengen or domestic. Of course all the BA flights will be non-Schengen.
