Class: Business (two-class configuration)
Aircraft: A321 leased from Air Macau

Pre-departure beverage:
Choice of water, orange juice and champagne

Peanuts and cashews in a ramekin (seconds offered without having to ask)

Starter: Parma ham and salami

Salad (Iceberg lettuce leaves, two cherry tomatoes and one cob of baby corn) with balsalmic vinagrette

Clear broth

Assorted warm bread from basket

Main: Choice between sole fillet and white rice, Chinese vegetables and white rice, and steak with potatoes florentine; broccoli florets and carrot slices upon request

Dessert: Fruit plate (two slices each of cataloupe and watermelon, two orange wedges) and Nestle chocolate ice cream
