With respect, this "small customer service issue" is considerably more than that to the OP. Should I take the point from your poor grammar that redemption tickets are somehow less valid than revenue tickets ?
Not so, in my estimation, as the "cost" to generate the BA Miles that led to these redemption tickets will have been quite substantial, as I'm sure you are aware (whether from the accumulation of miles through flying or from AMEX etc.), and I rather radically believe that passengers should be treated equally and fairly in their cabin of choice.
I understand that the Christmas season ended some time ago, and would care not to see Scrooge visiting these pages for another 10 months
