what you are referring to is an arrangement between govt. agencies and the national carrier such as australian fed government and qantas for which i am aware is the arrangements but here, it is between a commercial organisation and probably a contractor. Co-incidentally, the government arrangement allows for pre-arranged upgrades and notations in pnrs.

I fully understand and support the op's stand of no disclosure. i would advise that a vert of the posts of the requester would be advisable as unless someone is kind enough to release a list of which user ids are corporate reps and who aren't, there is no way of knowing where the information is going to.
