Can you change flights at a kiosk?
Was traveling on an unrestricted Shuttle ticket BOS-DCA yesterday... was confirmed on the 6, got to the airport at 4:20, wanted to jump on the 5. Headed straight for an agent. My colleague asked "Could we have checked in at the kiosk?"

I said I didn't think so, but does anyone know for sure?
