Hi all,
unfortunately I arrive in DEL 2am on CX flight.

I'm OW Emerald (QFF Plat) flying economy.

I'd prefer to find an arrival lounge to wait a few hours before heading into town in daylight.

I've done plenty of searching on here and google, but can't seem to find a definative answer - can I access a OW arrivals or transit lounge in DEL?
