Login
Put in Departure airport, date, time, etc. and Arrivel airport, date, time, etc.
Hit Enter
On the right, below Notes. you'll see something like this:
Cabin class: F7 A7 D7 G0 Y7 M7 H5 K0 Q0 L0 B7 V0
7 F available
7 A avaialble
0 G available
5 H available
etc.
Actually, 7 is the max, so there are 7 or more F seats available. Some airlines show 9, some show 4 - an byproduct of IT systems past trying to save screen/storage space.
Pick your flights, click on select flights.
At the bottom, click on Select Seats.
Don't forget to Login first - left edge of the screen, below the AmEx logo, first entry under User Options. It doesn't work too well if you don't do that first.....
