The conversions were undoubtedly getting done at GSO. So this line is innaccurate:
When I read the full link, I think the implication that the plane was back at an ORD hanger having returned from conversion at GSO.
Maybe this happened at ORD during a heavy check?
I thought all of the D checks were outsourced overseas.
