If I will just be staying 1 night at a Sheraton in Tel Aviv and just to sleep (and do not have status so will probbaly not be upgraded), is there a difference between the Sheraton Moriah and the Hotel & Towers? I have exactly 10,000 SPG points to use up and I can either spend 7,000 points on the 1 night at the Moriah and use the other 3,000 on a $25 gift card, or spend 10,000 on the one night at the Hotel & Towers. It will basically just be for sleeping before our 7:30AM flight.

Also, we will actually be staying in Tel Aviv for the weekend, and would actually want to stay at the Moriah hotel for 2 nights if the C&P were available, but it's not showing as available online - someone earlier said almost every night had the hotels available for C&P - can you tell me where you see this. We're there March 13-15, which doesn't seem like a busy time to not have C&P (unless maybe because of Purim). I called up also and they said that C&P for Tel Aviv is sold out in March
