These are small potatoes in that most folks who get anywhere with this promo would make 2P anyway so some of this does not apply. I think the real (and only) costs are the extra real miles they give out to the 2Ps who make 1P and get the 100% bonus. thats a big deal and can cost UA hundreads of dollers.
