Delta expired my miles in December, but my records (a spreadsheet I keep) shows my last activity was January 2007. This was confirmed by the Delta Phone Rep (it was a redemption, so it qualifies), but they cant correct over the phone. I sent an email to request my miles be reinstated, but the response is that my last activity was March 2006! Since Delta no longer sends statements and the online statements only cover the last 12 months, it looks like I am out 66K miles just because I can't prove my January 2007 activity. Is there anyway to see beyond the last 12 months of activity? If Delta expiration period is 24 months, why doesn't their web site show the last 24 months of activity?
