I just did AMM-CDG yesterday on the AF A320 in Business; don't expect an international configured aircraft with lie-flats; it's the regular A320 that is used for intra-Europe flights with Affaires seats that are basically the same as Economy seats in terms of seat width and seat pitch. Middle seat is blocked (hence it's highlighted in black) and used as an armrest for you and passenger in Seat 3C. 3A is ok for a window seat.
Service however is as close to long-haul l'Espace Affaires as possible: you get bottled water, an amenity kit, a menu, blankets found on long-haul flights, and meal service (a hot breakfast before landing) with proper linens and silverware.
