What is the Official AS First Class "Experience"?

After reading threads on "gate lice", "coach pax using F lav", "kids in F", "too many carryons", etc, etc, etc, I was wondering if there is an actual company definition or description of "The Alaska Airlines First Class Experience". If so, what does it say? Is it only described in general terms with the details carried out by FA's? If something like that is the case, how would the FA's that frequent this board describe it?

I'm honestly not trying to put anyone on the spot, but I would love to hear how the company views it. If you reply please be as detailed as possible - in my mind it would be many, many things.

Thank you in advance!
