So, first off - hurray for E priority rewards being accessible on-line (SEs had it before).

However... it would seem they don't always appear. Sometimes they are there, and sometimes not... even when I see ClassicPlus Awards available, which suggests there is room in Y.

Any rhyme or reason to it, or just a way to get $30 from you for a flight that is already close to full? If the flight is all AC metal, it would seem to me that anytime you have ClassicPlus awards, you should also see the E/SE priority rewards. It is also very misleading for E/SEs who don't know their benefits... it looks like there are no priority rewards when there really are.

UPDATE: I called the AP Support Line. The lady didn't understand the difference between IKK and Classic awards. She kept trying to tell me that IKK only works for Classic awards, not ClassicPlus. We went around and around a while. I kept asking her why I'd pay twice the price for a Classic reward if it were available at the normal price. She liked to read me her manual. Bottom line, she knew nothing and implied it was intentional that not all rewards are available on-line... only some of them. I think the fuller flights they don't display and force you to call in... sneaky
