The BA F lounge is only a small room inside the BA Terrace. It is not really better than the J hall outside. You can have some dim sum (cold
), noodles, crackers, drinks etc. I only eat so that I can skip the meal they serve about an hour into the flight, which is worse (if on Y). I would advise you to have dinner before getting there.
Ditto. The "room" is more like prison, especially if there are lots of DMs or EMs on the flight. About the only positive thing they have in there are better potato chips.
