Cannot dispute via CC since the tix was purchased in Aug/08 (for Jun/09 travel)

I think BA will eventually issue a refund now that they have discovered their error, it was the total lack of customer care that riled me.

In the meantime, Dilly and Nicci have offered their kind assistance.
