Assuming your flight is on-time, this should be no problem. Customs and Immigration is very efficient and your bags should be out within 15-20 minutes of landing. If you are worried, send one person ahead to buy the train tickets for your group.

If Zurich is strictly a transit point (i.e. you aren't planning to tour the city), stay at one of the airport hotels with shuttle service. Park Inn is usually very reasonably priced. Moevenpick is nicer but prices vary.
