problem booking reservation thru corp. travel website
I just tried to book a reservation through my corporate travel website. My corporate travel website showed the reservation properly (both outbound and inbound), but CO.com only showed the inbound flight. I called the Elite line, they looked up my reservation and only saw the inbound flight as well (and commented that I did not show up on the outbound manifest for the flights I wanted).
I had not ticketed the flight yet (only reserved it), so I cancelled the reservation through my corportate site and re-booked the reservation, which showed properly on CO.com the 2nd time around.
