I wonder if the bulkhead seats can be pre-assigned. I am on AC 502/161/007 (20/21 Mar) and AC 008/034/511 (2/3 Apr), was trying to get the bulkhead window seats but the agent who answered the call refused to do so (she was very rude as if I was bordering her). I remember I could get those seat beforehand in the past. Is there a policy change?

By the way, I have no use with the SWU that Aeroplan sent me. If anyone can use them, I would be happy to trade.
