Ring 9.30 to 11.30 or 14.30 to 16.30 you will likely get the Carrick On Shannon team who know what they are going on about - and the reason for cancellation (assuming you don't have any further MBNA cards) is that you are moving overseas - otherwise you'll still be on their mailing lists
