Question Cancelling MBNA BMI Card - lose points?
Hi, I have just rang MBNA to cancel my BMI Visa card and have been told that I will lose all of my unused BMI Diamond miles if I cancel!

She stated that as my MBNA card is linked to my diamond card, I lose all MBNA accrued unused diamond miles if I cancel.

Does anyone know if this is true or was the CSA spinning me a tale to get a retention bonus ?
