Why would you refrain from flying NW? This was completely your fault, end of story. The check-in agent can not be held responsible for a fake PP right? How do we know you were not aware of the expired Visa? To be honest, I can not understand how you could not know the date of expiry on something as crtical as a Visa. Anyone who travels internationaly knows it is not like going from LA to BOS. Your documents must be in order and that is 100% your responsibility. Should the check-in agent also check to see if you have any unpaid fines in other countries which will also get you denied entry?
