I have this happen all the time. I use the card to buy advertising for my online companies so google hits the card pretty much everyday with a 500 dollar charge, and the morons in Chase Fraud cancel the card about 2 x per month. It helps me blow off the days steam yelling at them like the idoits they are for canceling the card for the exact same charge day after day!

Its normal for them to do this, you can ask to be put on the highest level of sercurity VIP level etc. And you can normally get an extra 500 miles for the 5 minutes of your time to call in and yell!
