Continental gets high marks in my book for not discriminating by the type of premium ticket that one is flying on. In fact, unless they've changed things, the passenger manifest doesn't even show how the ticket was obtained - only the OnePass number (if any) and Elite level.
Has this always been the case? I flew on a Business/First reward to Europe 9 years ago and got the impression then that the crew knew that. I just flew to India on an upgraded ticket and didn't get that impression.
