Really need some help and sage counsel regarding our missing daughter.
We have had a British Airways Household Account for approximately the
past eight or nine years. The members of the Household Account are as follows:
"zoosh" - Head of Household Account
"mrs. zoosh" - My Wife - age to remain anonmous
"mother zoosh" - My Beloved Mother - in her 70's
"father zoosh" - My Dear Father - in his 70's
"well behaved daughter zoosh" - Our Ten (10) Year Hold Daughter
All of a sudden, this evening, while randomly checking our mileage account(s)
by logging in to ba.com I notice that "well behaved daughter zoosh" has dropped off of the account and no longer appears anywhere in sight!!!

She was listed as part of the Household account the last time that I checked' which was probably within the last two months, or so.
Her last flight activity was in July of 2004, but there was more recent activity, to wit a purchase of BA Miles, by myself, which was deposited into her account, on January 31st, 2007. This should satisfy the 36 month rule and keep her account within the Household Account active until January 30th, 2010.
Although we do not fly as much as we did years ago, there is a regular monthly posting of miles to my British Airways Executive Club Account via the British Airways Visa Credit Card affinity account that I maintain and use on a
consistant basis.
I cannot seem to sign into her BA Executive Club Account and her account number,
which I am positive is correct, is not registering, and I cannot even try to do a password reset; as ba.com keeps rejecting her account number.
We are based across the "Big Pond" here in the 'New World' (Obama Country)
and when speaking with the US based Executive Club Service Center they seem clueless as to even a minimal understanding the issue that I am presenting.
Any suggestions as to whom to contact. I thought about calling up the UK Executive Club Service Centre, but since we all live here in the United States,
I doubt if they can be of assistance.
Any suggestions???
I also cannot seem to re-construct if her mileage, which was a part of our total Household Account balance, has also gone AWOL.
TIA
"zoosh"
