A friend of mine who was already a long-time CIBC customer, re-negotiated her mortgage about a year ago and gets points on the interest. I don't know how she did it but it made me consider switching our mortgage to CIBC.

Thanks for all the great ideas, esp re the gift cards. My local grocery store sells iTune cards so I'll definitely buy them there instead of using the cc online.
