I found myself sitting next to a CO FF last night while waiting for a gate in PHL on a ratty old 757. I was embarassed by his comments about how filthy the plane was. The best I could offer was to say that the airbii are much nicer (hoping that he wouldn't then find his way to one of the ones with sagging aisle seats or broken drink trays in F...)
Then pen marks mystify me. Who puts those there?!? I've never seen anyone do such a thing but there are so many that either the planes are
never cleaned or there is an army of idiots marking up seats while nobody is looking...
