Am I allowed to man an exit row after a day like that?
It's worse on a tasman daytrip, up at 3am for early flight to Oz, work, evening flight back arrives after midnight, about 2am before get home.

Well I for one would not want overly tired cabin crew in the unlikely event of a safety incident.
