So when I get up at 5am, catch a 6.30am flight, work all day, and catch a flight back not landing till 9pm, working on both flights, is that is well out of hours ???
Maybe I should tell my boss

Am I allowed to man an exit row after a day like that?

eoinnz - not at all commenting on tthe great job that you and your colleagues do, just saying that some of us flyers would love restrictions like that..
