Reviving an old thread:

I made a business class reservation on CO8239 (LHR-SFO) flight next May. This flight is actually operated by VS. Here are my questions: will I check-in at a CO or VS desk? Will I be able to use Virgin ClubHouse or a Skyteam lounge?

I found a great fare for this ticket (2100 euros all in). I will, however, depart from FRA and not LHR. In order to do so, I have to buy a separate FRA-LHR-FRA ticket (adding this itinerary to the original ticket doubles its price). I'm aware that this second itinerary not being part of the transatlantic ticket, I risk missing my flight and not being able to be rebooked on another one. Who would take that chance?
