I would think that safety concerns would prohibit the crew playing around with hot fat at 39,000 ft. Far too dangerous to have hot fat potentially flying around the galley. I can see that someone might come up with a way of cooking on the ground and reheating in air but I don't fancy such a piece of white and yellow shoe leather!
