Sorry to pop your bubble whkchan but as a BA Silver/OneWorld Sapphire you cannot access domestic QF lounges. Only BA Golds/OneWorld Emerald can access these lounges. You can access the international lounges, when flying internationally, but not the domestic lounges when only flying domestically.
Qantas have two types of domestic lounges, regular which OW Sapphire can access and business which as you previously mentioned can only be accessed by OWE or when connecting to an international J or F.
