Maybe, but I'd have a back up in case. As has been said many times on here, people have been known to manipulate the system to have Sapphire or Emerald show up on their BPs, hence why BA ask to see your card also. QF may be different
The manipulation of status is something peculiar to the BA system - QF can be a bit funny with PYOBP, but with BP's they print out themselves they will go with the status printed on it, so as long as your BP says OW Sapphire you will be fine.
