I had a similar situation last October but my Berlin train was leaving from Frankfurt main station around 1,5 hours after landing at FRA T2.

I did it and most importantly because my priority tagged luggage came out first on the belt. Please check that possible priority tags are correctly put on when departing.

The bus to T1/train station is crowded and has bad ventilation if you arrive at T2 but still better than climbing up to the monorail station on the roof. Then upstairs to the corridor between the terminal and train station and down again to the platforms.

Book a 1st class ticket for the train when arriving on a longhaul. The seat and comparable quietness alone are worth it for a trip of several hours. Discounted 1st tix are available now and then so it's good to check.
