Glassware was used both ways PIT-PHX and PHX-PIT last week for Lunch and Dinner service. Excellent FA on the PHX-PIT flight. Of course, I had brought a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts onboard for all the FA's, and that seemed to put them in a much happier mood from the start.
