Special Meals & Menu on SQ flights
I am taking 2 SQ service next Monday, SQ 861 & SQ 221 to Sydney.

When I am doing an online check-in, I noticed SQ is offering kinda a compehensive of Special Meals like Seafood Meals etc.

I want to try a Seafood Meal on the SQ 861 service and prob another Oriental/Chinese Breakfast (all are special meals on SQ 221)

I want to know at least how many hours prior departure I need to book a special meal, what will those special meals be and what others I can choose if I am not taking special meals.
