If your flight is on time, two hours should be enough even if there is some wait for immigration/baggage. There are two train stations, for Berlin you want "Fernbahnhof / Long Distance trains" (behind the Sheraton hotel, next to the Autobahn - cross the covered walkway from T1, shuttle bus from T2), not "Regiobahnhof/Regional trains" (underground station located underneath T1).
