Short haul may not operate a planned duty over 9 hours 45 minutes except where an agreement has been made on certain patterns in which case the duty time can be up to 10 hours 30 minutes. In addition to that some longer patterns allow a duty time of up to 11 hours.

In the case of a delay or disrupt the above duty times can be extended to a maximum of 12 hours
