Hi whkchan,

I would probably phone BAEC and ask for a faxed letter to be faxed to you stating you are BAEC Silver and that should be ok for lounge access ( this can be done quite quickly). I have had 2 letters ( 1 silver, 1 gold) and no problems accessing the american Airlines Admirals club.
I'm not sure if a screen print would help.
