The problem is Encore still has major teething problems. The remote controls in my room were non-functional. Random result from hitting a button. Open the drapes and the lights turn off (or on, etc.). No need to try your luck in the casino, playing with the remote control is enough of a lottery. Video checkout also is non-functional. Lots of little things like that wrong (they were still painting the roof, the construction didn't get done by the opening).
