Hmm, interesting. Unless there is a new Fast Track option associated with the Flagship Check-in process (which I don't think there is), I would disagree. I have entered the T-3 Fast Track security lines when I flew Y (thankfully not that often). Most recently last year as EXP and even a few years back when I was PLT. The BAA staffers saw my EXEC PLAT or PLATINUM details on my boarding card and let me through. Once I was stopped and I showed them the associated FF card and had no issues.
