Having flown KLM on 3 & 4 Feb AMS-LHR-AMS, I was shocked to see that there were only 30-40 people on each flight.
Talking to the stewardess, she said the loads had been decreasing lately.
With KLM operating so many flights to LHR, my question is how long they will offer so many flights a day (especially with a few flights departing within 5 minutes of each other).
