After the points calculation it came out to be almost 1:~2.7 spg to marriott points ratio. Since I work so many hours and barely stay at the hotel as is I'm going more for points than anything. Thus decided to stay at the marriott for a month, see how it goes. Although the westin bed is heavenly compared to the RI, hehe.

If it was a 1:2 ratio I would've booked the westin.
