I couldn't agree more. I have about 19 degrees in my bedroom so it's very uncomfortable to endure 30 degrees. Not on all flights but the majority of them.

That combined with the gas makes the air unbreathable.

I will bring a thermometer next week LHR-JNB and check actual temp.
