Are you all kidding me? I am shocked by how unconcerned everyone is here. No excuse for this spraying. None. There was no warning and no one thought to take a walk around the pool to make sure that no guests were there? The lame reaction from the manager? Arguably, Tinky should have raised more hell with the manager at the hotel, but this entire incident is truly scary.

You deserve an entire refund of the stay, a sincere apology from Starwood and a refund on any medical costs. I would absolutely refer this to Corporate Care, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
