Eurostar as IATA carrier

When I search in ITA for a LON-BRU flight it returned the a connection from QQS to ZYR "Eurostar Flight 9F9150 on a train in business class". There is even a three stop flight via London Ebbsfleet Kent Rail Station (XQE) and Lille (XDB).
I wonder who books such a "flight". What is the purpose of selling a train journey as a flight?
